The best part of this job is helping people.  Every person, family, buyer has a different set of goals, hopes, dreams and restrictions on their home buying and selling. My job is to be a problem solver and help people.  That is what makes me feel successful in this career.

Understanding that the process of finding a perfect home is not simple, I believe being patient in the process and letting people work out their true needs and wants is essential.  The market rushes you enough! You don't need your REALTOR® pushing you into something you may not think is right for you!

Since I moved to this area in 2002, I began working as a Marketing Manager for a local real estate and mortgage company. Once we had our boys in 2007 and 2010, I moved on to assisting REALTORS® with their personal marketing and real estate transactions. Throughout my experience, I have learned many styles and aspects of the real estate business.

The Sigurs are a family of four and I am as involved as I can be (and as much as they let me!) in my boys school, sports and life. I believe that "You Get What You Give."  I have been on the Rio Del Mar Elementary Parent Alliance Board for 3 years and manage teams in the Surf soccer program and the Breakers soccer program. I am a true "soccer mom!" 

I strive to be a great communicator and pledge to always have your best interest. Finding the right home can be a nerve-wracking experience. Knowing that somebody is there for you from the start, to move-in, and beyond, can help make it easier.
